Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge business and IT needs.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Create process maps, wireframes, and user stories using JIRA or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
