Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Modeling: Create comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, SRS documents, and test plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, translating technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
- Project Support: Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and at least one UML/Process modeling tool.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering practical, data-driven solutions.
