Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews and workshops to identify business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Process Modeling: Develop detailed process maps, use cases, and wireframes to visualize system flows and user journeys.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data sets to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and SRS (Software Requirement Specifications).
- Testing Support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution with development teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar project management and diagramming tools.
