Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define project scope.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure solution alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change requests effectively.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding new systems and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools is a significant plus.
