Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and data models.
- Conduct gap analysis and assist in the testing and validation of software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
