Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between non-technical stakeholders and IT personnel.
- Develop and maintain detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
- Perform root cause analysis for system issues and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
