Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation, including user stories, process maps, and wireframes, using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication of project goals and timelines.
- Process Optimization: Participate in workshops to evaluate existing business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Support: Provide support during system testing and implementation phases to ensure business requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is a plus) and basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience (Internships or academic projects will be considered).
