Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, requirements, and problems to identify solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business needs.
- Create detailed functional requirements specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Train end-users on new systems and process changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
