Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to design data-driven solutions
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of documenting complex business requirements
- Experience in healthcare or financial services domain
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
