Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to extract insights, create reports, and support strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and system specifications for development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERD tools).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
