Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps, use cases, and user stories using UML, BPMN, and flowcharts.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including functional specifications and system requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the development team, ensuring clear communication.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and verify that solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
