Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology teams
- Design and document detailed business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops for agile project teams and maintain product backlogs
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to measure project success
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure solutions align with user experience best practices
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with SaaS or enterprise technology exposure
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, wireframes)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time within complex regulatory environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps integration
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
