Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end requirement gathering and process analysis for fintech products
- Develop detailed business cases and ROI projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and deliverables
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and user stories
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear visualizations
- Drive agile methodologies and sprint planning
- Document requirements in JIRA and Confluence
- Validate solutions through UAT and user feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analysis with fintech or SaaS experience
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR) a plus
