Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project scopes, and document detailed functional requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create clear and concise process maps, use cases, user stories, and wireframes to visualize system functionality and workflows.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization using SQL and Excel.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system requirements, and technical specifications in our knowledge base.
- Agile Support: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to prioritize the backlog and facilitate sprint planning and review meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of resolving business problems through data-driven decision-making.
- Tools: Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is highly preferred.
