Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, requirements, and system capabilities.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather accurate and detailed requirements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Manage the end-to-end documentation of requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
- Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven solutions for business optimization.
- Monitor project progress and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
