Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Develop process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze data trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions
- Create and maintain project documentation including dashboards and reports
- Facilitate workshops to align technical and business teams
- Support UAT and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
