Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and process maps using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Document all requirements clearly to ensure successful solution implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
