Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize current and future state workflows.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation including User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in tracking project milestones and ensuring deliverables meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or IT environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions) is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
