Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create detailed process flows, use cases, and wireframes to communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business units, to define system requirements.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is highly preferred.
