Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional, technical specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process models, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Create detailed test plans and acceptance criteria to validate solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time.
