Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) to define system features and functionality.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications documents (FSDs).
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
