- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Validate system implementations through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Document workflows, metrics, and performance indicators
- Collaborate with development teams during sprints to ensure requirements clarity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or flexible schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with remote collaboration experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
