Responsibilities
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate resources across teams to ensure timely execution
- Track project KPIs and provide daily/weekly progress reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget controls
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management
- Ensure quality deliverables through continuous testing and validation
- Lead project retrospectives for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
