- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Process Documentation: Create process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using tools like Visio or Jira to visualize business workflows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison, translating complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Project Execution: Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and report progress to the project management office.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry best practices and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a focus on data analysis is required.
