Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Analyze data sets and business processes to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create clear, concise documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with the IT and Development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Support data quality initiatives and help maintain accurate reporting dashboards.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (Graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in work delivery.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, including SQL or data visualization software.
