Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Assist in developing test cases and supporting user acceptance testing
- Prepare clear documentation including specifications and reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution alignment
- Support data analysis and visualization initiatives
Qualifications
