Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles from inception to delivery
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Track KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or manufacturing
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Demonstrated success with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets $500K+
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
