Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements and create detailed specifications for development teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights for non-technical audiences
- Support system testing and implementation of new solutions
- Generate regular reports on project progress and key metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience in casino, hospitality, or gaming industry highly desirable
