Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end business analysis for Fortune 500 clients, documenting requirements through process flows and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and optimize operational workflows
- Develop detailed financial models and ROI projections to support executive decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during night hours across global time zones
- Translate complex data into intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Manage JIRA backlogs and coordinate Agile sprints for night shift development teams
- Conduct UAT testing and ensure seamless implementation of system solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of business analyst experience in 24/7 operational environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel VBA, and data visualization tools
- Proven track record documenting requirements in complex enterprise systems
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills for night shift stakeholder engagement
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in autonomous night shift work with minimal supervision
