Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities for global clients
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and BI tools to generate actionable insights
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings across time zones during night shift hours
- Implement Agile methodologies and maintain JIRA project tracking
- Develop test cases and support UAT for new system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7PM - 7AM)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Financial services or healthcare industry knowledge a plus
