Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements for weekend operational initiatives
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics
- Support weekend system testing and UAT processes
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with weekend shift preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to document complex processes and requirements
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking
