As a Project Manager at Apex Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and above expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions using Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within the IT or Tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
