Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Develop detailed requirements documentation for cross-functional stakeholders
- Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate weekend stakeholder workshops to gather business needs
- Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
