Responsibilities
- Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear documentation.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis between current state and future state requirements to guide system implementation.
- Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
- Testing Support: Assist in UAT planning and execution to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI preferred).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
