Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams and user stories to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Assist in developing data models and reporting dashboards to support decision-making
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements
- Prepare clear documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs) and test cases
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to support project delivery
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
