Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements and translate technical specifications for stakeholders
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather user needs
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Develop test cases and participate in UAT cycles
- Maintain JIRA tickets and track project milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
