Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis and requirements gathering for night-shift specific projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, and Product) to define system requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical documentation and wireframes.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively during night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
