Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between business units, IT teams, and project management.
- Create and maintain process diagrams, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with requirement gathering frameworks (e.g., BABOK) is a plus.
