Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to define project scope
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Facilitate meetings between technical teams and business stakeholders to align on solutions
- Support data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure business objectives are met
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts
