Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and system capabilities.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create detailed documentation, including process maps, data flow diagrams, and test plans.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
