Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit and document requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Prepare and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in contract/consulting roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries preferred
