Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough research and gap analysis to recommend process enhancements.
- Document detailed business requirements, use cases, and system specifications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences clearly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
