Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and success metrics
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Present insights through compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Track KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business process documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
