Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to understand project goals.
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and technical documentation.
- Support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions.
- Utilize Excel and basic SQL to compile and present data reports.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate progress to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically about complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Ability to learn new software tools and business methodologies quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
