Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Create comprehensive data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical deliverables
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure solution adoption across departments
- Document business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and process mapping tools
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analysis (IIBA-ACI) preferred
- Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management methodologies
