Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel for data visualization
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and prioritize business needs
- Validate data accuracy and ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Support system implementations and post-launch optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
