Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes using Jira and Confluence
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define success metrics and KPIs
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Validate solutions through UAT and support successful implementation
- Develop comprehensive documentation including BRDs, SOWs, and test plans
- Lead data modeling initiatives using SQL and Tableau
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial services or healthcare domains
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Immediate availability for full-time onsite role in Charlotte
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
