Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Validate test cases and ensure successful implementation of system changes
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Document business processes using flowcharts, UML diagrams, and wireframes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
