Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and system requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Design and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks or blockers to the project management team.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions against business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday rotating schedule).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
