Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Document detailed specifications, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop data models and reports to support decision-making for weekend operations
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Conduct UAT testing and provide support during weekend system implementations
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in process mapping and workflow optimization
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
